A road curving off to the left – there’s nothing special here. But where it leads is an area I’ve explored many times. Over time, this road has come to represent only good things for me, and therefore, it’s now one of my favourites.
When shooting close to home, sometimes you have no choice but to capture the mundane. If photography has taught me anything, it’s that there’s great value in taking a moment to appreciate what is around you.
